Kind of beachy, no? It's hot and I still have to do something about the grass. But, for the time being, lovely. Already had someone inquire about renting it. Too bad there's already someone in there.

Looks great! Did you change the windows?
The front windows were actually decaying beyond repair. I could have left them on and had them just tidy them but I decided to rip them all out, and have two big windows in their place.
They don't open but they will provide a tone of light in that place one day.
Now we just have to get in there and get some of that work done.
But, until the tenants leave, I just don't see it happening.
If they do ever leave, I will probably furnish it and go short term with satellite and wi-fi. That way I would be able to charge more and have it vacant for more time so when out of town guests come they have a place to stay.
But, not until I can get in there and I don't think they are leaving any time soon.
